I ordered the case at around 9pm on a Wednesday, was not expecting it till Friday but actually arrived at 10am on Thursday. Amazing that it arrived in 13 hours of ordering!
Case
The case came well packed in very premium packaging, you can tell real thought went into making sure its presented well. The case itself is crystal clear and the quality is immense. I would compare it to very expensive cases, I have had all the top brands in the past but this brand is the best by far. The case is hard on the back and soft on the sides so it doesnt scratch your phone. It has in built buttons which are perfect and actually work great unlike with some other cases I have had. It has tremendous grip and I have kept it in my handbag and it hasn't scratched yet. It is definitely has drop protection as I have dropped it a few times now. It has a magnetic back so I can use it for charging. I just love how it complements the colour of my phone and I am able to see it.
Screen protector and camera protector
I have not seen a brand giving screen protection and camera protection with the case, this usually costs 20-30 pounds extra on top of the case from the brands I have bought from before. I have got to say, the tempered glass is amazing quality, its invisible on the screen so it does not look like a screen protector, just looks like the normal screen. I ordered this new phone case on a Sunday evening.
The website says next day delivery before 6pm. I ordered after 6pm and it still arrived the next day.
I did have to contact the seller and I received an instant reply. (Great Customer Service) as it was an evening.
The box it arrived in was in perfect condition (unfortunately I did throw it away)
But everything in the package was well protected.
The screen protector was so easy to fit snd comes with guides to help fit it, you also get a dust remover and cloth to clean the screen.
The case fits perfectly and is strong and durable.
I would definitely buy again from Incept and recommend to family and friends

The case is sturdy, fits nicely and the covers are easy to fit with the fitting support device. The lense protections are a clever idea. customer service was excellent and very supportive when I had a problem with the delivery people.
